Dilly and Taylor Terms & Conditions

 

  • Bookings are guaranteed upon receipt of a cleared deposit which is non refundable.
  • Stationery, favours, bespoke items, shop items and similar must be paid in full upon ordering.
  • You agree to pay the balance no later than six weeks prior to the date of the event with the refundable £100 bond against loss or damage.
  • In the event of loss or damage to hire items, you agree to pay for all such loss/damage at the rate of four times the hire cost.
  • Bookings can be cancelled up to six weeks before the date of the event forfeiting only the deposit. After this date the full booking cost must be paid. Any items which have been bought cannot be taken back into stock.
  • Dilly and Taylor reserve the right to use photographic images, taken during the hire period, for promotional purposes.
  • The set delivery charge covers an area of 50 miles from the showroom. We will be happy to quote for venues which are further afield.
  • All hire items are subject to availability
  • Colours may show slight variations due to batch dyes or flower availability. We will always endeavour to obtain the best possible colour match   
  • Dilly and Taylor accept no responsibility for loss or injury arising from misuse of our products. Children must be supervised closely and younger ones must be kept away from small items of decorations which may pose a choking hazard.
  • Showroom viewings are by appointment and after the initial consultation are chargeable.

  • 1st consultation free , thereafter showroom consultation priced at £25.00 per hour in increments of 15 mins.
